In it, I listen to what you need and point you to the right service. The €100 consultation is a separate, scheduled appointment of up to 60 minutes, dedicated to your specific question.

A complete analysis of an existing apartment according to the principles of Classical Feng Shui, including the orientation of the space, energy maps, Flying Stars, key functional zones and individual recommendations.

A complete analysis of an existing home. The final price depends on the floor area, the number of floors and the complexity of the building.

An analysis of the surroundings, the terrain, directions, access routes and the options for positioning a future building.
Feng Shui project for a new house
Feng Shui planning before and during the design phase: plot analysis, positioning and orientation of the building, the facing and sitting of the house, Period 9 energy maps, Flying Stars, entrances, recommendations for the layout of key rooms and a review of the architectural design.
For larger buildings, several floors and ongoing collaboration with the architect — an individual quote, from €1,500.

Additional consultations and changes beyond the agreed project scope
Site visits are possible wherever the client is located, including projects outside Montenegro. Travel expenses and, where needed, accommodation are covered by the client.

BaZi health and energy work are a complementary approach to personal balance. They are not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for a medical examination or treatment; they are intended as support and prevention.
Terms
BaZi and other individual analyses
The appointment and the work are confirmed by payment of the full amount in advance.
Feng Shui projects
Work begins once a 50% advance payment has been made; the remaining amount is paid when the project is completed.
