Energy psychologyA bridge between inner peace and modern life

A union of contemporary psychological insights and ancient wisdom about the body's energetic system — work with chakras and meridians, tapping techniques, release of blockages and emotional charges across a 28-day lunar cycle.

Energy psychology is a precise blend of contemporary psychological insights and ancient wisdom about the body's energetic system — a discipline that recognises every emotional issue as a disruption or blockage in our energetic field.

In today's world, where the speed of information and everyday stress have become a challenge for everyone, traditional approaches to mental health often need a complement. Energy psychology offers exactly that — a precise blend of contemporary psychological insights and ancient wisdom about the body's energetic system.

What does it offer us in modern times?

While traditional psychology focuses primarily on analysing thoughts and conversation, energy psychology recognises every emotional issue as a disruption or blockage in our energetic field. It allows us not only to work on symptoms, but to address the energetic causes of our blockages directly.

Why is its application essential today?

  • Rapid stress transformation: Modern life rarely allows for years-long processes. Energy psychology techniques let us "reset" our stress response in real time, returning the body and mind to a state of balance.
  • Releasing emotional burdens: Every unpleasant experience or limiting belief leaves a trace in our energetic system. This discipline helps us "erase" those imprints, freeing us from the weight of the past that holds us back in the present.
  • Reclaiming personal power: Instead of being victims of our own reactions and emotions, energy psychology gives us concrete tools to manage our states ourselves — anytime, anywhere.

Harmony of thought, emotion, and energy

The essence of this approach lies in understanding that we are not just our thoughts, but complex energetic beings. When we harmonise the flow of energy, our emotional response to the environment changes automatically.

Energy psychology gives us the freedom to:

  • Neutralise fears and resistances that prevent us from stepping into our full potential.
  • Achieve mental clarity in the moments when emotions overwhelm us.
  • Establish a deep connection with ourselves — healing the relationship between what we think and what we feel.

It is more than a method of personal work — it is the hygiene of the modern era. Just as we care for the physical body, energy psychology teaches us how to cleanse and nurture our invisible yet vital energetic space, making us more resilient, calmer, and more conscious in every moment.

Working with chakras and meridians

In my work, I place special attention on our energetic vortices, or centres — better known as the chakras. These are the main energetic nodes in the body that receive, process, and emit energy. We call them vortices because they constantly rotate, and each governs specific organs as well as specific emotions and mental states.

Alongside the work with the centres, an essential part of the process involves the meridians — the energetic channels through which vital energy flows. I use tapping techniques on meridian points to release blocked emotions and tension directly from the body. There are many ways to self-help, but with the support and expert guidance of an energy practitioner, and clear instructions, this process becomes deeper and more precise.

The first step is a detailed examination of the state of each centre and the flow through the meridians, in order to locate stagnations. After diagnosis, I apply specific exercises and frequencies, and provide guidelines for continuous work over 28 days. That is the duration of a single lunar cycle — the time required for the system to stabilise and accept new information — after which we together monitor the state and the achieved improvements.

For whom?

Energy psychology is recommended for anyone who feels that something internal is holding back their growth — chronic stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or recurring patterns that persist despite a conscious intention to change.
